On August 24, 2026 — the 35th anniversary of Ukraine's Independence — a Global Prayer for Ukraine has been announced! The initiative is supported by the President of Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Council of Churches and Religious Organizations (UCCRO).
On August 22 or 23 (Saturday or Sunday), the days before the main date, we call on churches, religious communities, Christian organizations, and people of good will in Ukraine and around the world to unite in prayer for Ukraine during their Saturday or Sunday services — praying for an end to the war, for Ukraine's victory, and for a just peace.
